  • Saratoga Retirement Community received Exemplary Conformance in the area of Financial Planning and Management for its net operating and debit service coverage ratios.
  • In comparison charts, Saratoga Retirement Community exceeded other surveyed organizations in 20 of the 24 conformance benchmarks, and it received 100% conformance in 10 benchmarks.

The areas measured included leadership, input from stakeholders such as board members and residents, legal requirements, financial planning and management, risk management, health and safety, technology, information management, rights of persons served, accessibility, and more.
